With the aim of always being as close as possible to the needs of our members, IMS is once again this year organizing a program of 5 workshops to enable you to build your CSR strategy and to activate it.

The Sustainability Manager Club is also available in French. It consists of a program of 5 workshops over the year 2022 as well but its program differs from the English program and is held in collaboration with a different external partner.

Stakeholder engagement

How easy is it to manage in a strategic way the relationships with stakeholders dealing with their priorities and expectations, while implementing at the same time strategic business objectives? Stakeholder management is a strategic framework of core elements that act as an umbrella that includes several levels. The scope of the workshop is to provide understanding of the process and actions needed to be followed by businesses for a productive and meaningful stakeholder engagement.

The next 4 workshops will be on: May 05th, June 16th, October 06th and December 1st.
