Adecco's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:
We wish to participate in IMS Luxembourg's activities to strengthen our CSR approach in line with ISO 26000 and GRI-G4 principles, share best practices, access useful tools, and actively contribute to the sustainable ecosystem in Luxembourg. This involvement also enhances our leadership, confirmed by our Ecovadis Platinum status (81/100).
Adecco's Sustainable Development Policy:
Our CSR policy is subject to a continuous improvement process, measured using indicators published annually, in line with the principles of ISO 26000 and GRI-G4. We also assess our CSR performance through the Ecovadis rating agency. For the third consecutive year, we have achieved the highest level, Platinum status, placing us in the top percentile of the best-performing companies in our sector, with a 2022 score of 81/100.
