Up Luxembourg's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:
We want to join IMS to learn from best practices, expand our network, and benefit from structured support to strengthen our CSR approach in Luxembourg. Sustainable development is not our core area of expertise, so we need guidance to build a solid local policy that is aligned with market expectations, particularly those of key accounts.

Up Luxembourg's CSR policy is based on the values of the Up Group, which is strongly committed to responsible consumption, social impact, and environmental reduction. We adapt these guidelines to the Luxembourg context to reduce our emissions, improve our internal practices, and promote responsible solutions to our customers.
Up Luxembourg's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:
We have calculated our carbon footprint, the first step in our local roadmap. We are working to reduce our operational emissions and to integrate responsible criteria into our internal practices more systematically. Our solutions—particularly meal vouchers—also encourage more sustainable consumption behaviours. The next step is to commit to a trajectory aligned with the SBTi to structure our reduction targets.
