Cocottes's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:
Cocottes wants to join IMS to strengthen its commitment to sustainable and responsible practices. We will have access to resources, training, and workshops to gain additional tools to improve our approach to various CSR aspects. We will also be able to engage with other companies or organizations that face or have faced similar challenges, benefiting from best practices and learning from mistakes to avoid.
Cocottes's Sustainable Development Policy:
Since Cocottes was founded in 2014, environmental and societal values have been part of our core identity. Just like our operational activities, we have implemented continuous improvement to ensure the company's economic activity is sustainable. An internal Green Team develops and oversees the implementation of 13 improvement areas identified during the decarbonization study. It also collects innovative ideas from the field.
Cocottes's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:
Planet: Digitalization of operational processes to reduce food waste, waste management, decarbonization, seasonal products, local products whenever possible, and a study on the transition to reusable packaging is underway.
People: Signatory of the Diversity Charter, signatory of Letz Work, Positive Actions Program, digitalization of training to facilitate access to employment and skill development, donations, and enhanced internal learning and promotion.
