The Diversity Awards celebrate and reward national best practice in organisations in Luxembourg in four categories:
 

• Recruitment, Welcome and Integration
• Career Management
• Well-being and Working Conditions
• Communication and Values of the organisation

From the applications submitted, a pre-jury of independent experts selects 12 nominated practices (3 per category), which are then assessed by a jury. The four winning practices will be unveiled at a Diversity Awards ceremony in the final quarter 2025.
