Pluxee Luxembourg's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:

Already a signatory of the Diversity Charter since 2015, we regularly monitor the actions carried out by IMS. These are fully aligned with the CSR policy pursued by the Pluxee Group (formerly Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services). We were awarded the Socially Responsible Company label last year, and joining IMS will enable us to reiterate our commitment to these issues, to deepen our knowledge thanks to the many resources and training courses available, and to exchange ideas with our peers to implement best practices and raise awareness among our teams. 

 

Pluxee Luxembourg's Sustainable Development Policy: 

Our sustainable development strategy is based on 4 fundamental pillars:
- Being a trusted partner (training employees in responsible business conduct, managing users' data responsibly, developing reliable technology).
- People: having over 42% women in leadership positions (promoting diversity, fairness and inclusion, improving employee well-being)
- Local communities: supporting SME traders, fighting world hunger through our Stop Hunger organisation
- Environment: achieve a Net Zero carbon emissions trajectory by 2035

 

Pluxee Luxembourg's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks: 

For example, we can mention the following actions:
The Pluxee Group works closely with the Stop Hunger Foundation. In Luxembourg, we encourage our product recipients to donate with their Pluxee cards to the SOS Faim association.
- We carefully select our suppliers and have them sign a code of conduct.
- We raise employee awareness of good practices (energy saving, responsible consumption, eco-mobility, waste management).
- We also encourage a culture of commitment by promoting diversity, fairness and inclusion, particularly in our HR policy. We were awarded "Great Place to Work" certification in 2024 and the Happy Trainees label.
- As part of our Net Zero trajectory, we monitor our carbon emissions and action plan.
