Broad Street Luxembourg’s CSR policy:

Our sustainable development roadmap has three core pillars: Environment, Social, and Governance. We strive to reduce our environmental footprint by promoting waste reduction, sustainable resources, and green transportation. Our social focus is on creating an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace while actively contributing to charitable causes. In terms of governance, we maintain the highest standards of transparency, ethical conduct, and accountability in our partnerships and operations. We regularly review and update our policy to ensure alignment with global sustainability goals, including the UN SDGs, and continuously integrate these principles into our corporate practices.

Broad Street Luxembourg's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks: 

We have implemented a wide range of initiatives aimed to promote sustainability within our organization. Environmentally, we have introduced comprehensive waste management systems, green office practices, and promote sustainable commuting. Socially, we prioritize diversity and inclusion through our BSL DEIB committee, training programs, wellness initiatives, and charitable support for causes such as Wanteraktion and the Red Cross with whom we have signed a partnership. On the governance front, we are committed to ethical business practices and transparent communication, holding ourselves and our suppliers to high standards of accountability.
