LUXTRUST's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg's activities:
We want to strengthen our CSR approach and share best practices with other companies. Belonging to a local network of committed companies will also enable us to challenge our objectives and the actions we need to take, as well as providing us with guides and tools to improve our practices.
LUXTRUST's CSR policy:
We are in the early stages of formalising our policy - we have just recruited a CSR Manager who is responsible for taking stock of the situation and then carrying out a diagnosis in order to determine our CSR strategy in the short, medium, and long term.
LUXTRUST's CSR actions and frameworks:
We have just signed the Diversity Charter, are working on our harassment policy, and are developing training to raise awareness of diversity and sustainable development in a broader sense.
