At Indosuez Wealth Management, we firmly believe that finance has a vital role to play in the ecological and societal transition. It is our employees, whose commitment is reflected in volunteering, solidarity days and skills sponsorship, who bring this ambition to life. By mobilising our collective strengths and directing our financing towards promising projects, we are helping to build a more sustainable and inclusive economy for future generations. It is in this context that being able to share our experience and learn from our peers motivates us to participate in the activities of IMS Luxembourg.

Our CSR approach
A driver of continuous progress, our CSR approach is cross-functional and coordinated with the Crédit Agricole Group, which is one of the world's highest-rated institutions in this area. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is one of the Group's strategic priorities. It is embodied in a comprehensive, participatory and evolving approach called FReD, which is based on three sets of standards that form the basis of our commitments:

  • trust (FIDES),
  • respect for people and the local area (RESPECT),
  • preservation of the environment (DEMETER).

This is reflected in an annual action plan to which Indosuez is committed.

Diversity
Diversity is an integral part of our company's DNA, bringing together employees of more than 50 nationalities across five continents. Our ambitions for progress focus in particular on promoting diversity, with an action plan aimed at strengthening female leadership. We are also part of the Crédit Agricole Group's programme to promote the employment of people with disabilities.

Socially responsible investment 
We are committed to enabling our customers to strengthen their socially responsible investments, in particular by developing green finance in partnership with experts from the Crédit Agricole Group. To carry out socially useful projects, we support numerous initiatives led by our employees.
 
The Indosuez Foundations
Indosuez's social commitment in Europe is reflected in the work of the Indosuez Foundation, under the aegis of the Fondation de France, which supports practical community projects for vulnerable people. In Switzerland, the Indosuez Foundation supports environmental projects that have an impact on economic development and raise awareness among local communities. It is particularly involved in reforestation, agroforestry and water management initiatives.

Solidarity initiatives
Around the world, Indosuez and its employees are involved in local initiatives, particularly through sponsorship. In Luxembourg, Monaco and Switzerland, for example, ‘Citizen Days’ bring together many employees who devote some of their time to mutual aid projects run by partner associations.

 

Indosuez Weatlh Management's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks​:

At Indosuez Luxembourg, we have developed the following initiatives in particular:

  • Reducing energy consumption
  • Reducing plastic waste by stopping the use of single-use items
  • Waste management with the removal of bins from offices and the installation of recycling bins in break rooms
  • Use of electronic business cards and greeting cards
  • Automatic double-sided printing on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified eco-friendly paper with reduced weight
  • Development of health and well-being initiatives: yoga classes, ASTF information sessions (sleep, stress, nutrition, sun exposure, physical activity, burnout); health check-ups; flu vaccinations; blood donation; Health Month.
  • Introduction of the Solidarity Euro on salaries, the amount of which is donated annually to local associations.
  • Annual training plan
  • Provision of satellite sites and teleworking policy increased to 50 days per year for cross-border employees
  • Interventions in schools and universities
  • Participation in Place events (Relay for Life, Day Care, Diversity Day, etc.)
  • Organisation of skills-based sponsorship programmes
  • Organisation of Citizen Days
  • Mobility guide, sustainable mobility policy
  • Ongoing awareness-raising among our employees through themed conferences, training courses and workshops.
