Terra Matters' Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:
As a newly established entity, Terra Matters is at the very beginning of its journey. At this early stage, our sustainability practices and policies are in the process of being developed and formalized. Despite this, the essence of sustainability is deeply embedded in the core of our business project, and we have already naturally begun to implement rules and projects in favor of sustainable development within the team:
• Sustainable office practices: our team has adopted eco-friendly office practices to minimize our environmental footprint. This includes reducing paper use, encouraging digital documentation, implementing recycling programs…
• Employee engagement in sustainability: our team is actively involved in our sustainability goals through regular workshops and training sessions. Everybody is encouraged to contribute ideas for making our operations more sustainable and to participate in local community environmental initiatives.
• Continuous learning and development: our team has access to continuous learning and development programs with a focus on sustainability. This includes providing access to courses, seminars, and conferences on the circular economy, sustainable business practices, and environmental management systems.
