Keep Contact’s motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:
It is a process of continuous improvement and openness: meeting and exchanging with other members of the IMS network, sharing good practices, implementing sustainable and fair solutions, creating new possibilities in areas such as information technology, environment, social and governance.
Keep Contact’s CSR policy:
We are and have always been committed to our internal and external operating (production) and relationship (human) processes. We have great respect for our environment, both human and environmental. We are in a business, including a technological one today with our leading position in artificial intelligence and its use in media monitoring, where ethics, deontology, inclusion and diversity have a major place in our thinking and in our actions. We apply and reinforce them on a daily basis.
Keep Contact’s CSR actions and frameworks:
We are focused on sharing and transmitting skills according to the rules of the art that our professions require (strategy, communication, press relations, media monitoring, economic intelligence, content management on social networks....). This is why we have been working with all generations since the beginning of Keep Contact's activities. In concrete terms, this applies to our recruitment policy, project management, the training courses we set up in schools or universities (in France and in Luxembourg), as well as the qualifying courses.
The other CSR action/project that we are currently developing is related to the various aspects linked to artificial intelligence and big data: the human being at the centre of reflection/management, training, ethics, deontology, legal/compliance, business analysis.... on which we would like to enrich this specific content with IMS Luxembourg and its members in order to create a "bond" and guarantee the development of everyone.
