Innobullus' motivations for participating in IMS Luxembourg activities:
Since 2024, Innobullus France has been a member of the Diversity Charter in France and Luxembourg. I would like to join the IMS network because it aligns with my values and the actions I am committed to. Trained in the INDR Label, I support Luxembourg-based organisations in developing their social initiatives, particularly on issues of inclusion and diversity. This membership will enable me to:
- Join a committed network to exchange, learn and co-create with actors who share the same values around CSR and sustainable development
- Actively contribute to initiatives that promote social innovation, inclusion and well-being at work, which I support in all my actions.
- Draw inspiration from best practices to enrich our actions and better support our clients' impact projects.
- Meet local stakeholders to co-develop actions that meet current needs.

At Innobullus, we believe that collective success requires attention to people, the environment and societal values. Although one person runs our organisation, our commitment is reflected in concrete actions and ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders. I constantly share all possible actions to raise awareness, including the existence of the diversity charter that you promote.
