Streff's motivations for participating in IMS activities:
Based in Luxembourg, Streff wants to contribute to a fair, ecological and inclusive transition. The IMS network provides a forum for peer-to-peer exchanges to accelerate our climate, circular economy and quality of life at work initiatives, while promoting concrete feedback. Participating in IMS working groups and events allows us to co-develop pragmatic solutions, fuel our action plans and strengthen our positive impact on our customers, our teams and the region.
Streff's Sustainable Development Policy:
Our CSR policy is based on two complementary priorities: reducing our environmental footprint and improving the well-being of our employees. On the environmental side, we are taking action to improve the energy efficiency of our sites, use renewable energy at Windhof (including our own photovoltaic production), prevent waste, and promote fine sorting and material circularity. On the social side, we promote a safe and fulfilling working environment through social dialogue, inclusion and skills development. Our sustainable development policy focuses on reducing our environmental impact and improving the well-being of our employees. Streff's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:
We have installed a 700 kWp photovoltaic power plant in Windhof, created a 1,000 m² micro-forest and electrified our fleet with AC charging stations and a DC fast charging station project. More than 30 material streams are sorted and recovered. We encourage reuse and recycling after secure destruction. Our initiatives include prevention, ergonomics, inclusion, skills development, sports sponsorship and support for local projects, all with a view to strengthening our environmental and social impact.
