Goblet Lavandier & Associés’s motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:

The range of activities provided by the Inspiring More Sustainability ASBL, like for example, projects and workshops on topics such as “Carbon neutrality”, “REUSE concepts” or “Eco mobility” are all of particular interest for Goblet Lavandier & Associés (GL&Ass) continuous sustainable development. 
The project challenges proposed (Diversity management, well-being at work, elimination of single-use plastics, just to mention some) are all objectives the company is invested in. Collaboration with the IMS and its partners will surely help all sides exchange precious information’s on the topics and their concrete implementations. 

 

Goblet Lavandier & Associés’s CSR policy:

In 2009, the company was awarded with the ESR label for the first time, which, at the time, the office was one of the first 15 Luxembourg companies to obtain it. 2022 was the fifth year in which the company obtained the label demonstrating it’s looking forward philosophy.
Keeping up to date with latest requirements and legislations such as EU directives, GL&Ass is always trying to get better and improving its Corporate Social Responsibility. Therefore, the aim is to fully understand directives and pave the way to be ready for the end of the decade when rules will be stricter.

 

Goblet Lavandier & Associés’s CSR actions and frameworks:

Governance metrics, GL&Ass has established a management board including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measuring specific themes based on the ESG pillars.
Within the development of the company ESG strategy a materiality analysis is being made on basis of international frameworks (e.g. SASB, SDGs) and GL&Ass own sustainability strategy. After the analysis of an important amount of KPI’s, we selected a specific number of topics whereas a company, we can make a difference. As for example: Diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities just to mention some.
