4urba's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:
Our motivations are partly linked to our sector of activity: sustainable development is at the heart of our urban planning projects. We support public and private decision-makers in creating resilient living spaces that are accessible to all and co-created with residents. We aim to implement this vision within our company by strengthening our concrete actions, involving the entire team. Joining IMS Luxembourg would be an opportunity for us to benefit from the exchange of experiences, creating an increasingly inclusive and motivating work environment that contributes to awareness and action on various scales.
4urba's Sustainable Development Policy:
We do not yet have a formalised policy on sustainable development. Becoming a member of IMS Luxembourg would be an opportunity for us to develop a structured and coherent policy that includes the entire team. We encourage inclusion and equal opportunities, notably through our partnership with ADEM, which has enabled us to welcome a person with a disability into our team.
4urba's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:
The urban planning projects we develop take sustainable development into account on various scales: creating innovative eco-neighbourhoods, reflecting on the circular economy and the transition of territories at the societal, ecological, food, economic, and energy levels, developing ecological manuals, implementing citizen participation, and more. These are all themes that are integral to our work in building a future that respects the planet and ensures more resilient development in Luxembourg. Informally, each member of the team acts at their own level daily (using public transport and bicycles, reducing and sorting waste, limiting water and energy consumption, eating more plant-based and local food, adopting a more conscious purchasing policy, etc.).
