CA Hub@Luxembourg’s motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:

We want to compare our CSR ambitions and actions with those of other companies taking the same approach. We want to meet new companies and people who share our ecological and societal values. We want to participate in this dynamic and communicate the importance of implementing key actions (setting an example for our customers and suppliers). We want to support the IMS network in all the actions it undertakes. For a company, committing to a CSR approach brings a number of advantages: better risk management, substantial savings, a competitive edge, and attracting and retaining staff. It also means displaying certain social values. For the company's other stakeholders, the benefits include better working conditions for employees and improved relations with partners and subcontractors. 

 

 

CA Hub@Luxembourg’s CSR policy:

To date, our actions have been opportunistic and driven by the goodwill of those around us. 
Examples of actions: (Financial support for certain associations; Participation in certain collective actions (races in particular); Sorting waste in the open space; Organising a climate fresco workshop for our customers). 

We would like to structure a more active approach in order to become exemplary in this area (particularly with our customers and shareholders).
