Our CSR commitment is voluntary, entirely in line with our corporate values and desire to encourage responsible real estate development. Participating in the activities of IMS Luxembourg will allow us to interact with our peers while benefiting from the expertise of IMS and the exchange of experience to challenge and continually evolve our CSR approach.

We have defined seven objectives to give concrete expression to our CSR approach.

IKO is committed to eco-responsible projects
1. Reduce our carbon footprint by defining a low carbon strategy for our future projects
2. Encourage and preserve biodiversity by minimising soil sealing and greening our projects to encourage biodiversity
3. Contribute to water conservation by encouraging alternative rainwater management and experimenting with greywater recycling

IKO is committed to solidarity and inclusive development
4. Promote innovation while putting well-being at the heart of our projects by monitoring and optimising the comfort and well-being of the occupants of our buildings
5. promote accessibility and inclusiveness in our developments by allowing primary accessibility for PRMs in our future developments
