We have just signed the Diversity Charter and wish to continue diversifying our CSR approach by becoming an IMS member. We have held the ESR label since 2012 and want to continue improving for the next audit, which will take place in 2027. The well-being of our colleagues is an important part of our approach.

In Luxembourg, we focus on the human factor (improving well-being and mental health). Regarding business, we align ourselves with our head office in London (Net Zero Operation for 2030, Climate Action Plan).
