Devoteam's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:

We want to increase our employees' awareness of sustainable development issues and give them access to your workshops, training courses and information sessions on workplace well-being, as personal and professional development is an essential part of our HR management strategy.

Being an IMS member will give our employees more opportunities alongside the positive impact initiatives we organise. Joining a network of committed members will also enable us to share best practices!

Devoteam's Sustainable Development Policy:

Devoteam's sustainable development policy is part of a global strategy to integrate responsible and environmentally friendly practices into all the company's activities. Devoteam's strategy, VEEP, is based on four key pillars: value, environment, ethics, and people.

These pillars are each based on the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and aim to combine social, environmental and ethical impact in all the company's activities.

Devoteam's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:

Environmental footprint: annual calculation of carbon footprint, actions to optimise energy consumption, limiting paper use, gradual reduction in waste.

Green IT: Integration of sustainable technological solutions that reduce environmental impact and help customers achieve sustainable development objectives.

Social/Human Impact: ongoing training programmes, in-house organisation of Earth Week and Sustainable Development Month, with occasional initiatives to improve employees' quality of life.

Social Commitment: promoting skills sponsorship to work towards social and digital inclusion via our TechforPeople programme (awarded at the 2024 Sustainability Awards).
