Telesis' motivations for participating in IMS activities:
As someone involved in organisational transformation and optimisation, I appreciate the importance of corporate social responsibility in the emergence of virtuous socio-economic models. I also recognise the growing role played by IMS in the Luxembourg ecosystem since its creation in 2007. When Telesis was launched, becoming a member of IMS Luxembourg was an obvious choice to remain active within a committed community, gain access to relevant perspectives, meet inspiring experts, and work together to shift companies toward responsible models using effective levers.
Telesis' Sustainable Development Policy:
“Driving meaningful transformation for long-term prosperity - with People at the Heart”
Telesis supports individuals, teams, and organisations in redefining how they work, develop, and collaborate to foster a dynamic, resilient, and caring professional environment, creating long-term value at both the individual and collective levels.
Telesis' Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:
- A multidimensional approach to transformation with people at its core.
- Design and deployment of virtuous operational models (efficient and effective, collaborative and caring, e.g., employee and team engagement and fulfilment).
- Co-construction with company teams and employees, design of tailored and controlled solutions (knowledge, independence, and autonomy).
- Particular attention to ethics, compliance, risk management, and quality.
