3impax's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:
With our expertise in strategy, finance and cost improvement, which adds to know-how in sustainability, we create added value for companies that want to consistently link their transition to a sustainable economy with their core business and do so with increased efficiency.
A membership with IMS will allow us to exchange on sustainability topics with pairs and we thrive to be an active voice and supporter for sustainability in Luxembourg and beyond.
3impax's Sustainable Development Policy:
Obviously, we want to do a maximum to be sustainable ourselves. We plan to access a first sustainability label in 2025 and target to become a B-Corp over time. Becoming member of IMS we will also sign the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg.
However, the bigger impact in our business model is with our customers:
Our Mission : We integrate the requirements of ESG and CSRD into our projects and thus have a leverage to improve sustainability in the business world which will be measured.
Our Solidarity Pot: We also have our “Solidarity Pot”. This means that a large proportion of profits from our projects go into a solidarity account from which we can subsidize our projects with promising, young companies or associations.

As we are advisors to the Luxembourg start-up community (“Pulse”), we offer a limited time of free consulting through PULSE, if the customer is a member.
