Deutsche Bank Luxembourg’s CSR actions and frameworks:

Our corporate social responsibility strategy is to help enable economies and communities to prosper. By doing this, we create a positive impact for people and society at large. We focus on education, enterprise and community development and target the most pressing concerns in each region. Our Born to Be youth engagement projects empower the next generation, raise their motivation, foster new skills and improve access to education and employment. With our Made for Good enterprise programme, we champion innovative ventures that create societal good. Wherever we do business, we help to build stronger and inclusive local communities by supporting basic welfare, preventing homelessness, promoting affordable housing or offering disaster relief. We do this together with like-minded partners and with the commitment of our Plus You employee volunteering and giving community. Beyond making a difference on the ground we look to improve the bigger picture through advocacy, coalition and dialogue. All of these efforts contribute to the most important global policy initiative of this era, the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
