Stonefort Group's motivations for participating in IMS activities

As a company committed to responsible business practices and sustainable development, we are motivated to join IMS Luxembourg to actively contribute to a collaborative network that shares our values. We believe that sustainability, diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility are not only ethical imperatives but also strategic drivers of innovation and long-term success. IMS Luxembourg offers a unique platform to exchange best practices, learn from like-minded organisations, and stay informed about evolving ESG standards and societal expectations. Participating in IMS initiatives will allow us to deepen our impact, engage our teams in meaningful projects, and strengthen our contribution to a more inclusive and resilient society. Moreover, we see IMS as a catalyst for positive change in Luxembourg and beyond, and we are eager to be part of this collective momentum—working together to tackle shared challenges and shape a more sustainable future.

Stonefort Group's Sustainable Development Policy:

Our sustainable development policy is centered on three pillars: environmental responsibility, social impact, and ethical governance. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint through energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible resource use. Socially, we promote diversity, equity, and well-being within our workforce and community.

Stonefort Group's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:

We have implemented a broad range of actions to promote sustainable development across environmental, social, and governance areas.

  • On the environmental side, we offer incentives for electric vehicles, have optimised our waste management systems, and installed automatic light switches to reduce energy consumption.
  • In terms of governance, we have a robust GDPR policy in place to ensure data protection, along with a comprehensive Code of Conduct, a Harassment Policy, and a Sustainable Investment Policy aligned with ESG principles.
  • Socially, we prioritise employee well-being through initiatives such as well-being events, a sport allowance, flexible working hours, and a formal Right to Disconnect policy. These measures support work-life balance and a healthy workplace culture.

Together, these actions reflect our commitment to integrating sustainability into our daily operations and long-term strategy.
