Qualia Consulting's motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:
Established 10 years ago in Luxembourg, our company offers consultancy services in human resources (strategies, HR policies, etc.), leadership development and change management. Our work is based on uncompromising ethics, serving the autonomy of individuals and organisations.
We wanted to join IMS Luxembourg because we are systematically committed to sustainable development in all our services. To reinforce this approach, we would like to be inspired by the ideas and initiatives supported by IMS and its members.
Qualia Consulting's Sustainable Development Policy:
3 years ago, with the help of a specialist consultant, we began a structured review of our practices to make them more sustainable. Since then, the solutions we offer our customers have been based on the following criteria:
- the long term: focusing on the symptom/cause rather than the ‘problem’ to find a lasting solution
- client autonomy: we systematically transfer our know-how to the client to enable them to continue and support the change once we have completed the assignments
- we work for customers who are committed to developing sustainable/responsible practices.
Qualia Consulting's Sustainable Development actions and frameworks:
In the way we operate as a company, we have put in place :
- an internal policy that encourages a balance between private and professional life (teleworking, part-time working, the right to disconnect, etc.)
- collaboration based on reciprocity and skills transfer with our independent service providers (a network of around 10 people)
- increased use of public transport (by basing our offices near the station)
- a ‘total’ digitalisation strategy to reduce our environmental footprint)
