With the aim of always being as close as possible to the needs of our members, IMS is once again this year organizing a program of 5 workshops to enable you to build your CSR strategy and to activate it.
The Sustainability Manager Club is also available in French. It consists of a program of 5 workshops over the year 2022 as well but its program differs from the English program and is held in collaboration with a different external partner.
Developing a corporate dashboard to drive and support the achievement of sustainability objectives
Sustainability management is becoming a strategic choice for even more companies globally, while stakeholders, and in particular investors, expect reliable business data from businesses. Therefore, for businesses, the need for effective benchmarking methods, based on accurate data, which reflects sustainability efforts both for reporting development and for strengthening co-operation internally, arises. Utilising new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Information Systems (BI) through real-time analysis and presentation can help make better decisions and capture the real contribution of actions and activities in achieving corporate goals, and the SDGs. The scope of the workshop is to present and analyze aspects and methodologies that allow direct linkage between business objectives and sustainability priorities towards better decision making.
The next 2 workshops will be on: October 20th and December 1st.
