With the aim of always being as close as possible to the needs of our members, IMS is once again this year organizing a program of 5 workshops to enable you to build your CSR strategy and to activate it.

The Sustainability Manager Club is also available in French. It consists of a program of 5 workshops over the year 2022 as well but its program differs from the English program and is held in collaboration with a different external partner.

Materiality assessment

Nowadays, organisations struggle sometimes to identify what is truly material to them. Sometimes they can be lost in so-much information to cross-reference, or other times they cherry-pick the material issues to focus on, instead to focus on the real impacts their business have in environmental and societal areas. The scope of the workshop is to provide an understanding of double materiality approach, together with the industry specific standards and tools. Also, to embed results of stakeholder management into materiality approach as core elements for a business strategy that includes ESG risks, unleashing potential shared value generation.
