The Autism Luxembourg Foundation is launching aTypik SpAce, an innovative project to facilitate the inclusion of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the workplace. Member organisations of IMS Luxembourg and/or signatories of the Diversity Charter are invited to join this initiative, supported by the ESF+ and the Oeuvre Nationale de Secours, to co-develop concrete tools and strengthen their CSR commitment.
In Europe, 1 in 100 people are affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). However, accessing and remaining in employment remains a challenge, often due to a lack of knowledge, appropriate tools or inclusive working environments. The aTypik SpAce project aims to address these issues by creating a technological, educational and human support ecosystem, in collaboration with Luxembourg companies.
By joining aTypik SpAce, your company commits to:
• Actively participating in co-design workshops and user testing.
• Integrating and testing the tools offered (online training, exchange platform, virtual reality).
• Sharing feedback to enrich the project and inspire other organisations.
What are the benefits for your organisation?
• Contribute to a project with a strong social impact and strengthen your CSR/ESG commitment.
• Benefit from concrete tools to improve inclusion and diversity within your teams.
• Position yourself as an innovative player in the field of inclusion in Luxembourg.
