IT'S TIME TO... Act With and For Youth

We are Mélissa and Gilles, the team that supports young people in their professional inclusion and digital well-being. Our mission is to prepare the new generations to confidently approach an increasingly digital professional environment.

According to a study by L'Etudiant (France, 2022), 66% of young people believe that successive crises have a "real impact" on their morale and psychological state. Young people live in a world that is undergoing huge changes. While they are questioning many traditional models, particularly that of work, they are nonetheless determined to move things forward positively.

For one day, companies and young people will be invited to work together to make the best possible career choices. 

 

 

Guidance during the crisis: launch conference, 13 november

This conference will enable participants to discover the factors and keys to young people's resilience, through testimonies from experts in crisis management, debates, and cross-reflection. 

 

 

Digital Challenge, closing conference, 15 november

This closing meeting will allow companies to share their experiences of welcoming young people into their structures and the responses they have obtained to their challenges.
