During meetings with our working groups on the topic of the Pacte Climat, encouraging sustainable and active mobility during the home-work trips is at the heart of the discussions.  

How can I ride my bike safely? What type of bike is right for me?  What exists to facilitate cycling in Belval?

During this event, you will be invited to test different types of bikes, and you will be able to receive many tips to get around town safely by bike. You will also discover all the offers proposed by the Municipality of Sanem and the City of Esch-sur-Alzette to promote active mobility.  

The Maison du Cycliste of the ACL, the Municipality of Sanem and the City of Esch-sur-Alzette, the asbl Ecotrel, the Minett UNESCO Biosphere, as well as the University of Luxembourg, will be the organisations present during this meeting. A ChargerCUBE recharging station for electric bicycles offered by Polygone will be presented.

• Practice of various types of cycling and accompaniment by the ACL's Maison du Cycliste 
• Meeting and exchanges with various actors promoting the practice of cycling in Belval
• Ecobatterien is organising a special collection for this event and is inviting participants to bring back all types of batteries
• Student association bike servicing stand
