IMS launches an e-learning course on LGBTQIA+ awareness in companies

Published on 11 January 2023

IMS has been working on the issues of inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people in the workplace since 2017. First via awareness-raising meetings and then by creating the guide Inclusion of LGBTI people in the workplace in 2020 and the guide Inclusion of transgender people in the workplace in 2021.

To go further, IMS has launched an e-learning course to raise awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues in companies, based on the needs of companies to the theme.

This e-learning aims to raise awareness and educate companies and employees on the subject and to transmit good practices to be implemented at both individual and organisational levels.

Practical information
The modules are available online, in French, on the IMS website. Seven modules (3 for the theoretical and 4 for the practical part) of approximately 15 minutes each are proposed.

Organisations: use and share these tools to enrich your Diversity & Inclusion training framework and well-being at work!
