Invitation to the AccessibleEU-Luxembourg workshop

Published on 23 October 2025

Accessibility: good intentions are not enough

In Europe, considerable efforts are being made to ensure that every country improves accessibility. Luxembourg has good laws on accessibility in the built environment and on the accessibility of services and products. But we must all ensure that accessibility is properly implemented.

It is therefore important to know how the laws work. That is why we are organising a meeting with various specialists.

  • Mr Magnus Koerfer, from the Ministry of Family Affairs, will explain the law on accessibility of the built environment.
  • Mr François Engels will describe how accessibility monitoring works for services and products.
  • Ms Christine Zimmer will discuss how Info-Handicap can support the implementation of accessibility.

We look forward to welcoming many participants to this workshop.
