Since 2023, the right to disconnect has been enshrined in Luxembourg law. However, its application is still limited in many companies. Hyperconnection leads to stress, exhaustion and a weakening of employees' mental health.
To help organisations implement this right, IMS Luxembourg is launching Disconnect360. The aim of this project is to raise awareness and support companies in the effective application of the right to disconnect, by proposing practical, tailored solutions.
Why should you take part?
With sanctions due to come into force in 2026, it is essential to start preparing now. Joining Disconnect360 means actively contributing to the introduction of sustainable practices that promote the well-being and balance of employees.
Your role as a participant:
By joining the project, you will take part in sector-based working groups. Their aim is to identify the obstacles specific to each sector, share experiences and co-construct solutions adapted to the realities on the ground. These exchanges provide an ideal forum for discussing the challenges encountered and finding effective solutions, both collectively and individually.
Towards a global impact:
Beyond the discussions, Disconnect360 aims to create a sector-specific toolkit. Based on feedback, it will bring together practical resources and recommendations to help companies deploy clear and effective policies on the right to disconnect.
Let's work together to change practices!
Join the Disconnect360 project today and help reduce the stress and mental overload associated with hyperconnection. By establishing clear rules, you'll be promoting a healthier working environment, boosting the commitment of your teams and anticipating regulatory changes.
