The annual General Assembly of IMS Luxembourg, held on Tuesday, June 24, provided an opportunity to reflect on the past year’s activities, announce significant changes to the Board of Directors, and unveil the organisation’s new logo.
A Renewed Board of Directors
After several years of dedicated service, IMS Luxembourg warmly thanks four outgoing board members: Sasha Baillie, Myriam Baltes, Julie Becker, and Corinne Bitterlich. Their active contribution, strategic vision, and strong commitment have been instrumental in advancing IMS’s mission and initiatives.
IMS is also pleased to welcome four new members from diverse professional backgrounds, all equally committed to fostering a more responsible economy: Thierry Flies, Pascale Kauffman, Marie-Hélène Massard, and Sandra Schengen. Their arrival strengthens IMS’s ambition to reflect Luxembourg's economic stakeholders' diversity.
The current Board of Directors is composed of: Christian Scharff – Chair, Julien Demoulin – Vice-Chair, Bruno Renders – Treasurer, alongside Thierry Flies, Pascale Kauffman, Marie-Hélène Massard, Pascal Moisy, Karine Rollot, Sandra Schengen, and Frédéric Vonner.
The 2024 Annual Report in Now Online
The publication of the IMS Luxembourg 2024 Annual Report highlights a year rich in collaborative initiatives, flagship projects and unifying events. The IMS team, in close collaboration with its members and with the support of numerous national partners, tackled a wide range of sustainability-related themes: diversity and inclusion, climate transition, responsible governance, biodiversity, mobility, disability inclusion, workplace well-being, and digital responsibility.

Strengthening Learning through the Sustainability Academy
Launched in 2022 by IMS Luxembourg, the Sustainability Academy has established itself as the only training provider in Luxembourg dedicated exclusively to Sustainable Development. Now in its third year, the Academy continues to grow in recognition, with an expanding offer that includes in-house, open-enrolment, and, starting in September 2024, e-learning formats
