Rainbow-Days - which have already been successfully held in many parts of Europe - provide an opportunity for an immediate exchange on career issues and tackle topics relevant to the LGBTIQ+ community and to all those for whom diversity is important. Pupils, students, recent graduates and candidates with extensive professional experience can meet companies on the stands who present themselves as employers open to the world and who don't just see diversity as a buzzword.
For companies, participating in the careers fair is a way of reaching out to diverse talent and actively promoting a modern and rewarding employer brand.
Exchanges on the stands offer the ideal conditions for meeting in a pleasant atmosphere and (promoting) a shared career path with open-mindedness, respect and a dose of curiosity.
With the Neimënster, Rainbow-Day has an appropriate, central venue in the immediate vicinity of the Rainbow Center, etc.
As with all Rainbow-Days, partnerships are essential to the event's success. For example, the careers fair is held under the patronage of the Ministry forequal opportunities and Diversity and the Ministry of Labour. ADEM, Mediahuis (including Luxemburger Wort), and Rosa Lëtzebuerg also support the format.
Your company is invited to take part in this format and make a clear statement in favour of an open culture. Places available in the Neimënster are limited, so we recommend that you register early if you are interested. Don't hesitate to contact the team if you have any questions: info@rainbow-day.de
