In a world undergoing rapid digital transformation, the need for IT skills in associations has never been more critical. IT skills-based volunteering provides a concrete and innovative solution: employees volunteer their digital expertise to support non-profit organisations, during their working hours.
However, this practice remains relatively unknown and underdeveloped in Luxembourg.
This is why IMS Luxembourg, with the support of the Ministry of State’s Department of Media, Connectivity, and Digital Policy, along with the European Social Fund, and in partnership with ProBonoLab and WIDEANDCO, has conducted an in-depth study on the topic.
