Diversity Awards 2025

Since 2015, the Diversity Awards has promoted inlusion and combated all types of discrimination within organisations. This award aims to highlight and reward best practices in diversity management and equal opportunities.  

In the presence of Ms Yuriko Backes, minister for Gender Equality and Diversity, this sixth edition of the Diversity Awards Lëtzebuerg will highlight the growing involvement in this field of private, public and associative companies of all sizes, whether or not they signed the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg.  

Diversity actions will be distinguished in the following four categories: 

• Recruitment, induction and integration  
• Career management 
• Environment and well-being at work 
• Communication, organisational values  

A pre-judging panel and then by a jury chaired by Ms Yuriko Backes will select the nominated and winning practices.

For whom? Event open to all

Event in French with a translation in English.  

Photos will likely be taken at the event intended to be published by IMS Luxembourg in written or digital media. Please inform the host at the beginning of the event if you do not wish to be in the photos. 
At the end of the event you will receive a certificate of attendance which you can provide to your HR department. 
IMS opts for exclusively vegetarian meals to limit the environmental impact of its events while adopting an ethical approach to animal welfare. This choice encourages a more sustainable diet that respects the living world. This menu also encourages the inclusion of people on specific diets for medical, ethical or religious reasons.
