Walk The Talk: Family at Heart
Rainbow families often face workplace disparities, including lack of legal recognition and fewer benefits than heterosexual couples. Many company policies are still based on traditional family models, leading to discrimination, microaggressions, and limited support.
This event is about addressing these real challenges while also highlighting the many positive, easily implementable measures that can transform our workplaces. With insights from policymakers, corporate leaders, and personal testimonies, we will discuss practical strategies for creating inclusive environments that benefit everyone.
Join us to learn, engage, and be part of the positive change that makes inclusion the business of all!
