Returning to work after a long absence - "Flash CoDev"

For the first time, the Diversity Charter is organising a Flash CoDev, a unique opportunity to discover this problem-solving methodology through collective intelligence. The theme of this session will be returning to work after a long absence.

What is a Flash CoDev?
Flash CoDev is a professional co-development method that allows problems to be solved collectively and structured using collective intelligence. Participants share current issues, ask clarifying questions, and propose concrete solutions. This approach promotes collaboration and innovation while enhancing professional skills.

There are two options for registration:

1. As an organization sharing a challenge: Contact Gabriela Guerrero (gabriela.guerrero@imslux.lu) to secure your spot and present your specific challenge related to returning to work after a long absence. Please note that only two organizations will be able to share their challenges.
2. As a participant in the solution-finding group: Register here. The group is limited to 14 participants.

Whether you participate as an organization sharing a challenge or as a participant, this experience will guarantee inspiration, sharing of experiences, and learning together.
