DIGITAL EXPLORER: HOW TO START THE DIGITAL TRANSITION WITHIN COMPANIES?

Digital transition, highlighted by the Third Industrial Revolution in Luxembourg, is increasingly encouraging companies to rethink their strategies and reinvent themselves.

Between the emergence of new professions and the arrival of Generation Z on the job market, one question arises :

How can companies brace themselves to the digital transition ?

Following the success of the dayCARE, CARE in Luxemburg and IMS Luxembourg join their expertise to launch the Digital Explorer project to lead, in an innovative and practical way, reflection and awareness raising on the impact of digitalisation.

The goal of the Digital Explorer project is to encourage cross-reflections between students aged 16 to 19 and companies employees in an attempt to sketch the jobs of tomorrow, which are essential to a sustainable development model.

How it goes : A day is dedicated to discovering a specific job during which young people and employees will have to produce a 'Digital Vision' based on adapted co-creation tools.

We invite you to come and discover the details of this new project during a lunch!
