Founded in 2001 following an initiative by CRP Henri Tudor (now the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, LIST) and the Ministry of the Economy, the association works on a daily basis through its actions and services with national stakeholders in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to support the country's economic fabric.

Their network consists of organisations of all sizes and from all sectors of activity, making it one of the richest and most diverse networks in the country, constantly evolving in both quality and quantity.
