FrEsch is an association whose mission is to enliven the local cultural scene by supporting, coordinating and developing projects, events and creative spaces that enrich the life of the community, in particular :
- Organising major events such as the Francofolies Esch/Alzette and the Nuit de la Culture, unmissable annual events that showcase artistic and musical diversity.

- Management of creative venues such as Bâtiment 4, a space for artistic creation and experimentation, open to artists and innovative initiatives.

- Coordination of the Esch Cultural Capital label and its Biennial event, an initiative that continues the legacy of Esch2022, highlighting the city's cultural wealth on the international stage.
o Eschcapitaleculturelle.lu
- The creation of synergies between artists, residents and local partners to encourage collaborative projects and develop original cultural initiatives, in particular through the ‘Grands Rêveurs’ initiative.
