IMS Luxembourg's Professional Clubs are forums for discussion and skills development dedicated to professionals committed to the sustainable transformation of organisations. Designed around specific job functions, they enable members of the IMS network to share their practices, explore key sustainability issues in greater depth and work together to develop concrete solutions tailored to the Luxembourg context.
Each club offers:
- opportunities for peer exchange,
- practical and contextualised content,
- formats that promote ownership and action within organisations.
The Sustainable Mobility Club
In 2026, IMS Luxembourg is launching the Sustainable Mobility Club, a peer-to-peer forum dedicated to professionals involved in sustainable mobility issues within member companies of the network.
Against a backdrop of changing mobility practices, evolving employee expectations and increasingly stringent public policies, the club aims to help organisations structure, manage and implement sustainable mobility initiatives tailored to the Luxembourg context.

- Provide a space for peer-to-peer exchange to test ideas, share solutions and feedback, co-develop courses of action and identify realistic levers adapted to the Luxembourg context

Club leaders
The Sustainable Mobility Club is run in close collaboration with a steering committee made up of committed professionals from IMS member organisations.
- Christophe Pimenta - Facility Manager, Groupe Foyer
Despite the introduction of measures to improve mobility in and around Luxembourg City (tramway, 2x3 lanes on the A3 motorway, free transport), traffic conditions are deteriorating every day and weighing heavily on the country's economy and attractiveness. It is essential that businesses play an active role in limiting or even reducing the impact of transport on their employees, service providers and customers. [...] The Club's ambition [will be] to collect all alternative mobility solutions to combat single-occupant car use and to study the options that are acceptable to the greatest number of people.
By joining the club, each member will have a voice to express their specific constraints, challenges and wishes, and share their experiences with other members. Access to a wide range of positive situations and other mobility solutions may motivate members to try different means of transport for their business trips or commutes.
- Gwenaëlle Bastien - Mobility Team Manager, PwC Luxembourg
"In 2026, our priority challenge is to help organisations structure their sustainable mobility approach by sharing a common language, clear priorities and concrete levers.
By working closely together and developing realistic solutions, members are helping to strengthen and accelerate the transition in Luxembourg."
