The Diversity Awards, organised by IMS as part of its Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter project, will reward the best practices implemented in organisations in Luxembourg to promote diversity in all its forms, in 4 distinct categories:
- Recruitment, welcome and integration;
- Career management;
- Well-being and working conditions;
- Communication and values of the organisation.
Participation is free and open to any organisation set up in Luxembourg, whether or not it is a member of IMS and/or signatory of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, and regardless of its size, status – private, public or associative – and its field of activity.

Selection process
An independent panel of experts will shortlist 12 nominated practices (3 per category), which a final jury will then evaluate. The four winning practices will be revealed at the awards ceremony in October 2025.
Applications will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Measurable impact: A concrete initiative with visible effects on employees and the organisation;
- Innovative approach: An original initiative that brings genuine added value;
- Implementation and scope: A well-structured project adapted to the size and resources of the organisation;
- Exemplary and replicable model: An inspiring initiative that can be adapted elsewhere;
- Sustainability: A long-term vision integrated into the organisation’s strategy.
