Apply for the Diversity Awards 2025 and showcase your commitment to diversity!

Is your organisation dedicated to inclusion, equity, and diversity? Are you implementing innovative initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace? Now is the time to gain recognition for your efforts by submitting your application for the Diversity Awards Lëtzebuerg 2025! 

Since 2015, the Diversity Awards have celebrated the best practices implemented by organisations in Luxembourg to promote diversity in all its forms, in 4 categories: 

Recruitment, onboarding, and integration,
Career management,
Well-being and working conditions,
Communication and organisational values. 

 

How to apply?

Participation is free and open to any organisation set up in Luxembourg, whether or not it is a member of IMS or signatory of the Diversity Charter, and regardless of its size, status - private, public or associative - and its field of activity. 

Applications are open from 3 February to 23 June. Request your application form from awards@imslux.lu

 

Selection process

An independent panel of experts will shortlist 12 nominated practices (three per category), which a final jury will then evaluate. The four winning practices will be revealed at the awards ceremony in October 2025. 

Applications will be assessed based on the following criteria: 

Measurable impact: A concrete initiative with visible effects on employees and the organisation. 
Innovative approach: An original initiative that brings genuine added value. 
Implementation and scope: A well-structured project adapted to the size and resources of the organisation. 
Exemplary and replicable model: An inspiring initiative that can be adapted elsewhere. 
Sustainability: A long-term vision integrated into the organisation’s strategy.
