The National Pact “Business and Human Rights” is part of the National Plan of Action “Business and Human Rights”" (NAP 2), adopted by the government in December 2019 following collaboration between the public sector, the private sector, national human rights institutions, civil society, trade unions and academia.

The National Compact is a voluntary commitment for business leaders wishing to implement the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

By becoming a signatory of the National Pact «Business and Human Rights», your company undertakes to implement the 6 commitments of the National Pact «Business and Human Rights».

You join a community of companies and organizations that share the same commitment, promoting the exchange of good practices and mutual learning.

If you would like to join the signing community this year, please fill out the membership form and send it back to pacte@cc.lu before June 15th. 

An official signing ceremony will be held in mid-July.
