In October, "Build our youth for the future"

I am Melissa, and it is a great honour for me to present to you, throughout October, the topic #Youth, which is particularly close to my heart.  
 
The young generations are raising questions that have been taboo for many years: they are questioning our models and our current way of working, consuming, producing... and living! Although many clichés - often negative - are made about them, we can see that these young people are motivated, talented, passionate and have a great desire to make things happen positively. 
 
I have selected some resources that will allow you to better understand their motivations & concerns and why they represent assets for the future of our organisations.  

 

 

Next events

An initiative developed by CARE Luxembourg and IMS Luxembourg, Digital Challenge offers you the opportunity to host groups of young high school students for a day, to whom you will have previously submitted a challenge (in the form of a business case). This challenge is a real and concrete problem currently encountered in your organisation (related to sustainable development and/or digital). 

During this closing meeting, companies are invited to share their feedback on the reception of young people within their structures and on the responses obtained on the day of 26 October. Students will also be able to present the Digital Solution on which they have worked.
