The Maison de l'orientation (Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth) organises workshops and information sessions for its public: schoolchildren, students and adults undergoing training or professional reorientation.

The workshops "Interviews: how to prepare and convince" are organised in partnership with Randstad and Agile Partner and are divided into two parts:
- Theoretical part on the process, preparation, mistakes to avoid...
- Then, a practical part with job interview training.

We are looking for volunteers who can act as recruiters and give feedback to participants during the practical part.

These sessions occur 2-3 times a year on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 15:00 and 17:30.
Between 15:00 and 16:00, there is the theoretical part, and the practical part, if you are interested, takes place between 16:00 and 17:30.
You will meet 2 participants in sessions of 30 minutes each (+/- 15 minutes interviews and +/-15 minutes feedback).

The ultimate goal of these workshops is to build confidence so that participants can present themselves in the future for an interview for an internship, apprenticeship or job with as little stress as possible and using the proper practices.
