The Sustainable HR Club aims to enable human resources professionals to meet, exchange ideas with peers on specific situations and discover tools and approaches for developing responsible and sustainable HR practices. Each session explores a key theme related to changes in the world of work, highlighting the challenges and practical applications in the context of organisations in Luxembourg.
Analyse the structural and organisational causes of absenteeism, share concrete practices implemented by companies and identify realistic levers for action, integrating the dimensions of health, safety, well-being at work and managerial leadership.
