A diversified and multicultural team is often source of innovation and creativity for the company, giving it the opportunity to respond to the needs of a diversified client-base. Integrating third country nationals can, however, seem complicated on an administrative point of view as well as regarding the barriers that can be linked to it (language difficulties, cultural differences, skills assessment, etc.)
During this Diversity Network from 4PM to 6PMwhich is co-organized with CLAE and Sodexo, we will try to find answers to the question: " What solutions exist to enable the integration of third country nationals within the company?"
Sodexo will testify on how they have found solutions to integrate third country nationals by creating partnerships.
CLAE will present their "InSitu Jobs" project and elaborate on the different ways companies can engage with them.
For who? This event is reserved to the signatories of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg.
WATCH OUT: limited spots available. Register to make sure to attend the event.
We inform all participants that they are likely to figure in some pictures taken during IMS' events. The pictures are destined to be published in written and numerical media edited by IMS Luxembourg.
