As part of the “Girls: Deploy Your Talents” project, IMS Luxembourg is organising a preparation workshop for companies in the STEM sector (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). This session is designed to support organisations wishing to host one or more teams of high-school students (aged 14–16) during the Girls4STEM immersion day on 20 May 2026, and to actively contribute to promoting STEM careers among girls.
This workshop aims to provide companies with the necessary tools to offer young participants an inspiring and inclusive experience on their premises. It represents a key step in preparing for the Girls4STEM immersion day on 20 May. Your commitment helps to:
- Fight gender stereotypes by highlighting the diversity of STEM pathways and professions;
- Strengthen girls’ confidence in their scientific and technological skills;
- Showcase concrete career opportunities by connecting youth with role models and engaging them in professional environments.
The workshop will bring together committed companies, topic experts in Luxembourg (WIDE ANDCO), and CARE Luxembourg asbl, with whom IMS partners to mobilise young people in secondary schools.
Together, we will prepare this immersion day to foster equal opportunities and inspire girls to pursue careers in fields that remain significantly underrepresented by women.
